Aspen Valley Guest Policies

Guest Fee Schedule (All fees include tax)

  Weekdays Daily $62.00 (includes golf car fee)
    Nine Holes $34.00 (includes golf car fee)
 
  Weekends and Holidays Daily $72.00 (includes golf car fee)
    Nine Holes $43.00 (includes golf car fee)
 
  Immediate Family Daily $42.00 (includes golf car fee)
    Nine Holes $25.00 (includes golf car fee)
 
  Member Golf Cart Fee 18 Holes $16.00
    Nine Holes $8.00

Guests may play additional holes by paying the member golf cart fee charge, provided the daily fee was paid initially.


General Rules

  • Adult guest fees include a golf cart, but the golfer has the option to walk or ride.
  • Guests must play with a member unless playing as a Family Guest of Member.
  • Fees and charges made by the guest are to be charged to host member or paid with Visa/MasterCard.
  • The spouse of a member having single membership will be considered a family guest.
  • All guest play is subject to availability of the course during times scheduled for open play.
  • There are no restrictions as to the number of guests a member may host during the golf year. However, the member may not entertain more than three guests in any given round during the golf season.
  • A player may be a guest no more than five (5) times during the Regular Golf Season, excluding member– guest tournaments. Play during the Pre & Post Season does not count towards the 5 times.
  • Guests will observe and play by the General Rules of Play.
  • The member is responsible for his guest complying with the Club policies.


Guest of Member

  • Member may host two or three guests when the course is designated for open play. However, time of play will be restricted to: After 10:00 a.m. Sunday through Friday and after 1:00 p.m. Saturday and holidays.
  • A guest of a member may only play five (5) times during the Regular Golf Season (May 15th through September 15th).
  • All play is subject to prior scheduling for organized Club functions, tournaments, Ladies Day and Men’s Day activities.
  • Any member not in good standing may not play as a guest of a member.


Immediate Guest of Family Member

  • Family defined to be immediate family of the member; father, mother, brother, sister, children (age 19 or older not living at home), grandchildren, and their spouses.
  • Family Guest may not invite other guests.
  • Family guests may play a total of 10 times per Regular Golf Season.
  • Family Guest may play without a member when the course is designated for open play Sunday through Friday after 10:00 a.m. and Saturday or holidays after 1:00 p.m.
  • All club charges and fees will be charged to the member or paid with a Visa/Mastercard.
  • Children ages 25 or younger that are attending college may play under the family membership. If the member has a single membership, they will play as a family guest.


Junior Golfer Guest

  • Any player who is 18 years of age or younger.
  • Greens fee will be $5.00. Golf car is optional at regular fee.
  • Junior guests must play with a member.
  • Junior golfer members who are  riding with parent(s) will not be charged for cart fee.

Note: All junior golfers, member or guest, must have a valid Driver's License to operate a golf car. Any member who plays with a junior golfer is responsible for informing the junior golfer of and enforcing this Rule. All members and their guests release the Club of any responsibilty or liabilty for junior golfers who violate this Rule or operate a golf car.



Professional Association Guest

  • PGA, LPGA, CGCS, and Associate members may be extended professional courtesy. Association members should contact the Head Golf Professional at least 24 hours in advance of their starting time.
  • Association guests may play at times designated for two or more guests.


Tournaments and Special Events

  • All tournament play requests, along with complete financial information, entry fees, expenses, and any other budget information must be submitted in writing no later than one month in advance of the event to the Green and Golf Committees. The Board of Directors must approve the request.
  • Special groups involving three or more foursomes of members and guests must submit in writing to the Head Golf Professional a request for time and conditions of play.
  • The Club may only sponsor two non-member tournaments per year.
  • Players in Men’s and Ladies golf events must be at least 21 years old.
